• Project Introduction:

Zhejiang Huashuo Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of precision aluminum alloy die-casting parts for automobiles. Its business scope covers the manufacturing and import and export of precision molds, precision die-casting parts, precision mechanical components, and other products. Huashuo Third Factory currently has 8 furnaces (1 0.75T, 1 1T, 1 1.5T, 1 2T, 1 3T, and 3 4T). During the design and manufacturing of the furnaces, the exhaust gas emission temperature at the tail is relatively high, with an exhaust gas temperature of 250-300 ℃. Before the transformation, the exhaust gas was directly discharged through the addition of some cold air or cooled by water cooling before entering the dust collector.

• Energy saving and efficiency:

A. Reduced the use of some air-cooled heat pump units, saving electricity;

B. Boiler makeup water heating and pure water heating, saving natural gas;

C. Solved the problem of atmospheric pollution caused by pollutant emissions on the environment.

• Renovation measures:

By utilizing the waste heat from the melting furnace flue gas and using a waste heat recovery device to exchange heat, a large amount of hot water is generated. In summer, firstly, the generated hot water is sent to a hot water type lithium bromide refrigeration machine to produce 7C chilled water, which is then supplied to key workstations in the die-casting workshop to improve the production environment for workers. Secondly, it replaces some air-cooled heat pump units. Thirdly, it is used for boiler makeup water heating and pure water heating. Provide hot water for heating in the office during winter.
