• Project Introduction:

Nanshan Medical Equipment Industrial Park is one of the first six characteristic industrial parks in Shenzhen, as well as a technology enterprise incubator and a national demonstration base for foreign trade transformation and upgrading.

• Renovation measures:

The original air conditioning unit was an air-cooled modular unit with low energy efficiency and manual control, resulting in low management efficiency; Replace the original unit with a water-cooled module unit, equip the chilled water pump, cooling water pump, and cooling tower with frequency converters, and add an AICS intelligent control system to achieve unmanned operation.

• Energy saving and efficiency:

The annual average COP has increased from 2.0 to 4.2.
