The total construction area of Guangming District Public Health Service Center is 47000 square meters, including Disease Prevention and Control Center and Testing Center, Blood Station, Public Health Medical Education Center, Traditional Chinese Medicine Appropriate Technology Training Base, Traditional Chinese Medicine Appropriate Technology Training Base, Family Development Capacity Guidance and Construction Service Center, Health Skills Training Center, etc.

• Scheme introduction:

The laboratory of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention includes 17 reserved laboratories, 18-19 microbiology laboratories, and 20-21 physical and chemical laboratories. The 18th floor microbiology laboratory covers an area of approximately 1650 square meters, including a PCR product amplification area, a 10000 level clean laboratory, mold testing, PFGE identification room, bacterial testing room, parasitic and other auxiliary rooms, etc; The 19th floor microbiology laboratory covers an area of approximately 1650 square meters, including PCR product amplification area, biosafety level 2 laboratory, respiratory bacteria, intestinal bacteria, insect vectors, serum room, and other auxiliary rooms; The 20th floor physical and chemical laboratory covers an area of approximately 1650 square meters, including a conventional small instrument room, a simple atmosphere laboratory, a simple liquid environment laboratory, a data processing room, and other auxiliary rooms; The 21st floor physical and chemical laboratory covers an area of approximately 1650 square meters, including organic laboratory, inorganic laboratory, balance room, chemical analysis room, sample processing room, high temperature room, digestion room, washing room, pure water room, standard solution room, reagent room, and other auxiliary rooms.

The purification area adopts an air purification air conditioning system, while the non purification area laboratory and ordinary office area both use fan coil units and independent fresh air systems. The fresh air units and purification air conditioning units of each floor laboratory are located nearby in this floor. The laboratory fume hood and exhaust hood adopt a variable air volume control system. The exhaust gas is treated by activated carbon adsorption tower or fiberglass acid mist spray air purification tower before being discharged at high altitude.
