• Project Introduction:

The Mawan Data Center has a total of 751 4KW standard cabinets and Class A data centers.

• Scheme introduction:

The refrigeration system adopts three 450RT high-efficiency electric refrigeration centrifugal units for operation, and two 450RT steam lithium bromide units as backup systems. It is the first A-class machine room in China to introduce lithium bromide units, achieving dual energy supply and mutual backup for the first time. The unit can achieve rapid switching or power off and quick restart, with a time of 01 minutes and 15 seconds for the chiller to enter standby mode and 1 minute and 50 seconds for it to enter operation mode.

Each chiller has a single capacity of 1582kW, and the maximum total load provided by the chiller system can reach 3164KW, with a cooling redundancy factor of 1.17. The system is equipped with two vertical cold storage tanks with an effective capacity of 70 cubic meters, which can ensure a 15 minute cooling system during power outages. Double vertical pipes for chilled water are arranged as circular pipes to avoid single point failures, with a supply and return water temperature of 15/21 ℃; Cooling water ring pipe design, pump front and pump rear ring network design, cooling water inlet and outlet temperatures of 33.5/39.5 ℃.
