• Project Introduction:

The first section of Nanshan Hospital's renovation and expansion (Phase II) (excluding the outpatient building) covers an area of 43200 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 375000 square meters. The buildings are divided into inpatient building, medical technology building, administrative building, infection building, and sewage treatment plant. Among them, the inpatient building has 23 floors above ground, with a building height of 99.55m; the medical technology building has 6 floors above ground, with a building height of 33.0m; the administrative building has 21 floors above ground, with a building height of 98m; the infection building has 5 floors above ground, with a building height of 29.7m; and the sewage treatment plant has 1 floor above ground, with a building height of 3.5m. The basement has 3 floors overall and 2 floors in some areas.

• Computer room introduction:

A. Host configuration: 4 1800RT centrifugal chillers, 1 400RT screw chiller (with heat recovery), 7 220RT air-cooled screw heat pump units (outdoor);

B. Pump configuration: 10 185KW, 6 75KW, 2 45KW, 2 37KW, 12 30KW, 3 22KW, 9 18.5KW, a total of 44 pumps.

• Installation scope:

A. BIM deepening;

B. Prefabrication of pipeline and water pump shock absorption foundation;

C. Pipeline assembly.
