It includes one main building and two annex buildings, with the main building having 57 floors and a maximum height of 273 meters. It is a key financial enterprise headquarters base introduced by the Shenzhen Municipal Government. After completion, it will become one of the landmark buildings in Houhai, Shenzhen, and an important node in the Shenzhen Bay urban skyline.

System 1: 1 200RT base load host and 2 800RT/520RT dual condition hosts, with an ice storage capacity of 8730RTh;
