• Project Introduction:

Founded in Zhuhai in 1986, Fangzheng Circuit Board is one of the leading printed circuit board manufacturers in China. It has six circuit board factories and one circuit board research institute located in Zhuhai, Hangzhou, and Chongqing. The company mainly produces high-density interconnect boards, large backplates (50 layers), gold finger boards, and provides QTA and NPI services to customers, with an annual production capacity of 15 million square feet.

• Project energy efficiency:

3 sets of 1300RT centrifugal chillers and 1 set of 800RT screw chillers, 4 sets of 132KW and 1 set of 90KW for a total of 5 cooling water pumps, 4 sets of 132KW and 1 set of 110KW for a total of 5 chilled water pumps, 7 cooling towers, with a COP value of 4.04 in the original machine room;

After replacing the host, adding a cooling water tower water distribution balance system, and installing an efficient computer room control system, the COP value of the upgraded computer room is 5.28.
